Is it Possible to Return My Order?

Yes, you can return items if you are not satisfied. You have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Condition of the Product: The order must include all appropriate parts, components, and packaging in its original condition.
  2. Handling: Normal handling of the product is required; any breakage due to careless handling is not acceptable.
  3. Hygiene Products: Items that require hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. Defective Items: Any defective product must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. Shipping Costs: Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  6. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt, and acknowledgment will be provided if conditions are met.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate the returns process, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the Following Information in Your Email:

    • Order Number
    • Reason for the Return Request
    • Photo of the Product (if damaged)
    • Customer’s First and Last Name
    • Customer’s Address

  3. Return Address:
    After you contact us, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send returns to the original sender address, as this may delay the return process. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right of withdrawal as per the following terms:

A. Cancellation Conditions

  • The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has received or accepted the last item.

Due to our automated order processing system, we cannot interrupt shipping once the order has been placed. Therefore, a refund is not possible until you have received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform Nova Toronto with a clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is complete upon our receipt of the returned goods. The cost of returning the items will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping in Transit

Please note that our goods are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already en route to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the items before initiating a return. You can, of course, inform us in advance about your intended cancellation.

To expedite the return process, we request that you provide a shipping confirmation once you return the item.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless a delivery method other than our standard option was chosen). Refunds will be processed without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. There are no fees associated with this refund.

Note: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
